A: The experience is just as personal but more flexible. Instead of meeting face-to-face, all styling is done based on the detailed information you provide in your questionnaire. You’ll receive a customised, thoughtfully designed PDF that you can refer back to anytime.
Q: Do I need to submit a photo of myself?
A: Photos are optional but very helpful for body shape analysis and styling accuracy. Any images you provide are kept strictly confidential and used only for styling purposes.

Turnaround & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to receive my style guide?

A: You’ll receive a downloadable PDF via email. This includes your styled looks, visual references, personalised notes, and shoppable links.
Payments & Refunds
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the custom nature of each service, refunds are not available once styling work has begun. This includes research, sourcing, or style board creation. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and work has not started, a partial refund may be considered.
Q: Do I have to purchase the items you recommend?
A: Not at all. The links provided are optional suggestions based on your budget and style. You’re free to shop where and when it suits you best.

Q: Will my personal data be shared?

A: Only if you give written permission. With your consent, anonymous style boards may be used in my portfolio or social content, but this is completely optional.
