1. Client Agreement

By submitting your style form and completing payment for any virtual styling service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information that reflects your current size, preferences, and styling needs.
Use the styling recommendations for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Understand that all advice given is creative and subjective, based on the information you provide. No outcomes (such as fit, availability, or personal satisfaction with third-party products) are guaranteed.

2. Nature of Service

All styling services are digital and non-tangible. You will not receive any physical items.
Services may include (but are not limited to) digital lookbooks, style boards, curated shopping links, and written style recommendations.
Styled by E D N does not manufacture or sell clothing or accessories directly.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. This includes any time spent on research, curation, or style board creation.
In the unlikely event that Styled by E D N is unable to complete the service, a full refund will be issued.

4. Turnaround Time

Typical delivery is within 5–7 business days of receiving full payment and a completed client questionnaire.
If additional time is required, you will be notified in advance.

5. Styling Boundaries & Representation

All styling recommendations are curated based on available online stock at the time of service. Substitutions may occur depending on product availability, sizing, or budget.
Style boards and lookbooks are meant to serve as visual and inspirational tools; actual results may vary.
Styled by E D N is not responsible for price changes, shipping issues, sizing discrepancies, or return policies of third-party retailers.

Styled by E D N is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. All personal data shared with us will be handled with discretion and used solely to deliver your styling service.

5. Data Storage & Protection
